Where we deliver
We deliver within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Shipping cost and taxes
All orders receive free standard shipping within our delivery area. Checkout displays shipping at $0.00 and tax at $0.00. This does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
Order processing
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day count that day as processing day one. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Daily cutoff
The cutoff is 07:00 PM at a fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time, including when Chicago observes daylight time.
Transit and estimated delivery
Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Handling and transit are separate: estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days, following the processing-day rules above. These estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.
